Update: please inform us by email or phone when you make the payment for your immediate service. (When we are informed about the payment and confirmation is made, your order will be sent.) Please deposit the amount within 4 working days. Then there is no guarantee of freezing of the goods of the order.

Attention: When the shipment is made by agency in the province (All bulky products are shipped by agency) only the value of the product is deposited. Shipping is determined by the respective agency and is paid upon receipt.

Attention: When the deposit is made through another bank and not Eurobank, Piraeus, Ethniki or Alpha respectively then the bank keeps a commission on the transaction. The commission is borne by the customer. In case of charge in the store the order is not accepted. Also in this case the confirmation of the transaction can be done after 1-2 working days.

OBSERVATIONS

When the order concerns carpets or corridors in desired dimensions, it is necessary to pay half the value of the product to validate the order. And the return on these products is not accepted.

Cancellations-Returns:

A) If for any reason you are not happy with the products you have received you can return them within 14 days, if they are in their original condition. In return, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. It is possible to replace the product with products of similar value. (Returns are not made on products that come after ordering for the customer or if the packaging of the goods has been violated)

B) In case you receive the product defective or in poor condition, we undertake the replacement of the product without additional charge to the customer. In case the customer does not wish to replace the product, the amount paid is refunded.

C) In case you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or by email. (Cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped)

PAY ON DELIVERY

It concerns orders with the choice of courier shipping method

If you choose the method of payment cash on delivery, you pay the amount of your order upon receipt (cash on delivery is charged +2.5 euros)

Attention: COD is not valid when the shipment is made with an agency in the province.
